This system was founded by Rodney Cox in 2004.
Run Valdr means Rune power, or Authority in Old Norse.
Rodney originally named this healing system Runic Reiki however he changed it to Run Valdr as it is not a Reiki system.
Rodney would take mental journeys where he would meet with his Gods Odin and Freya and it was during his journeys he channeled Run Valdr with their help. He admits to being skeptical about channeled information but found through extensive testing it works and works well!
Rodney Cox explains how Run Valdr goes beyond what Reiki does in that the symbols and techniques can be used for more than just healing. They can be used for magic as well including a way to easily and powerfully charge objects to create magical items, programmed to do whatever you desire.
Run Valdr includes the use of symbols and visualisation but there are no set hand positions like Reiki systems.
